Rick Foster is a sports medicine specialist who has worked with rodeo athletes for 40 years. A roper himself, he began his career working with Olympic athletes and the U.S. Ski Team, and eventually transitioned to picking cowboys and cowgirls out of the arena full-time with the Justin SportsMedicine team. Foster is a roper himself and truly understands rodeo culture and how to realistically set health goals.
