Sherwood, McAdow Split Cheyenne Frontier Days Qualifying Round, Garman Tops Wildcard

Round one of Cheyenne Frontier Days is complete and 74 cowgirls are advancing to the performances.

The qualifying round of the Cheyenne Frontier Days Breakaway Roping was held on July 19, 2022 and the roster maxxed out the alotted 200 contestants. From the qualifying round, the top 60 earned their spot into one of six performances that begin on July 23.

On Wednesday, July 20, a wildcard round was held for ladies wishing to take a shot at redemption if the qualifying round didn’t go as planned. From the Wildcard round, 14 ladies earned their way into the performances and will join up with the previous 60 qualifiers.
