The three-performance event featured rounds on Friday and Saturday evenings, with the Finals held Sunday afternoon. The format challenged ropers with two go-rounds, a semifinal, and a final, ultimately determining who left Sioux Falls with critical checks and momentum heading into the National Finals Breakaway Roping.

Round 1 saw a few changes atop the breakaway World Standings, with Taylor Munsell overtaking No. 1 Shelby Boisjoli-Meged by approximately $8,000. Munsell posted a 2.7-second time to tie with Rylee George, both earning more than $10K. George rose to No. 5 in the standings with $127,078 won, overtaking Maddy Deerman.

The second round was a do-or-die moment for Bailey Bates and Martha Angelone—both on the outside of the Top 15 looking in. They stepped up to the plate, Angelone tying for the round win with Aspen Miller and Bates sneaking into the last hole for a paycheck and a ticket to sunday’s performance.
