The Bob Feist Invitational—know industry wide as the BFI—is a high-powered jackpot that’s earned the respect of competitors from all levels.
Whereas most winter breakaway rodeos are short scores that require pinpoint precision, the BFI’s setup inside the Lazy E Arena requires guts to run a calf down on a longer score and slam on the brakes to stay in the money. 2023 champion Sarah Angelone roped in 3.05, 3.04 and 3.64 seconds to get the win.
