Despite being seeded into the Women’s Rodeo World Championship semi-finals due to her outstanding season performance as the standings leader with 8,295.41 points Josie Conner is backing in the box with determination for a WRWC breakaway roping title.

Conner roped her progressive round calf in a quick 2.23 seconds to win the round, worth $4,350. Conner is set to compete in the Top 16 WRWC semi-finals round in the South Point Arena on Friday, Oct. 29 at 7 p.m. (PT).
