2026 Breakaway Circuit Standings: Seven Circuits Have New Leaders Since May

The 2026 ProRodeo breakaway circuit standings updated Aug. 25 with seven of the 13 circuits under new leadership since May, and the first circuit finals cut-off now two weeks away.

Twelve money earners make each circuit finals. In Maple Leaf that is 12 of the 18 ropers in the circuit. In Texas it is 12 of 100. Each circuit also sets a minimum number of rodeos a roper has to enter, so sitting in the top 12 today and holding a seat in October are not the same thing.

Badlands cuts off first, on Sept. 9, followed by Texas on Sept. 13 and California and Mountain States on Sept. 23. The other nine circuits run through Sept. 30.

Bradi Whiteside leads Maple Leaf with $35,687 against a field of 18 ropers. Sierra Clement leads First Frontier with $5,399. Texas has 100 ropers—more than five times Maple Leaf’s entire circuit.

Maple Leaf

Bradi Whiteside of Longview, Alberta, has held this lead since spring and now sits at $35,687 across 32 rodeos—the biggest circuit lead in the country. Jenna Dallyn of Nanton, Alberta, is $6,446 back at $29,241. Kylie Whiteside, also of Longview, is fourth with $16,014. The Maple Leaf Circuit Finals run Nov. 25-28 in Regina, Saskatchewan.

Wilderness

The deepest circuit in the country. Carly Bedke of Oakley, Idaho, leads at $27,705, and Rickie Engesser ($24,029), Josie Conner ($23,556) and Bradi Good ($21,433) are all above $21,000 behind her. Summer Williams led this circuit in May and has slid to 12th. Aubryn Bedke, also of Oakley, is eighth. Finals are Nov. 6-7 in Heber City, Utah.

Texas

A rookie leads the largest circuit in breakaway roping. Jaci Hammons of Dublin sits atop 100 ropers with $20,233 from 16 rodeos, $1,342 ahead of Jackie Crawford. Two more rookies sit in the top nine—Kirby Rawlinson third and Amy Ohrt ninth. Texas cuts off Sept. 13, the second-earliest deadline, and its finals run Oct. 13-16 in Waco.

California

Fallon Ruffoni of Atascadero has more than doubled her May figure, going from $8,625 to $17,837 on 14 rodeos. Suzanne Williams of Standish is second at $14,090—done on 10 rodeos, fewer than anyone else in the circuit’s top 12. Grace Beth Sutton is third. California cuts off Sept. 23 and holds its finals Oct. 23-25 in Clements.

Southeastern

Rookie Sage Dunlap of Bear Creek, North Carolina, has taken this circuit over from Karrigan Graves, who led in May and now sits second. Dunlap has $16,073 from 15 rodeos to Graves’ $13,824. Two more rookies are inside the top seven, Avery Landry fourth and Dally Exposito seventh. Finals are Nov. 13-15 in Davie, Florida.

Mountain States

Katie Jolly of Deer Trail, Colorado, was not in our May top three and now leads with $15,505 from 29 rodeos, one of the heaviest schedules of any circuit leader. Erin Johnson is second at $13,281 and Abbea Faris third. Mountain States cuts off Sept. 23 and runs its finals Oct. 23-24 in Loveland.

Badlands

Sierra Lee of Rhame, North Dakota, leads at $15,072 from 14 rodeos, with Josie Mousel of Colman, South Dakota, second at $13,540. Morgan Lee, also of Rhame, is fifth. Cedar Jandreau led this circuit in May and has dropped to ninth. Badlands cuts off Sept. 9—first in the country—with finals Oct. 9-11 in Minot.

Columbia River

Jordan Minor of Hermiston, Oregon, has doubled her May total to $14,648 and kept the lead. Kennedy Buckner of Powell Butte was not in the May top three and is now second at $13,666, with Bailey Patterson of Pendleton third at $12,521. All three are Oregon ropers. Finals are Nov. 5-7 in Redmond.

Prairie

The tightest race in the country at the top. Reigning world champion Taylor Munsell of Alva, Oklahoma, leads with $13,851, and $2,251 separates her from fourth—Winter Williams, Carlee Potter and Taylor Raupe are all within reach. Beau Peterson led this circuit in May. Prairie’s finals run Nov. 19-21 in Mulvane, Kansas.

Montana

This circuit had no ropers listed in May and now has 46. Molly Salmond of Choteau leads with $13,817 from 16 rodeos, followed by Sarah Verhelst of Pryor at $9,639 and Jacey Fortier of Billings at $9,431. Montana is one of two circuits that holds its finals in the new year, Jan. 14-16, 2027, in Great Falls.

Turquoise

Danielle Lowman of Gilbert, Arizona, has done it on the lightest schedule of any circuit leader—$13,550 from eight rodeos. Kadin Jodie of Churchrock, New Mexico, is second at $10,347 and Nicole Baggarley third. Turquoise also asks the least of its residents, six rodeos, and its finals run Nov. 5-7 in Cave Creek.

Great Lakes

Rookie Raelynn Johnson of Brodhead, Wisconsin, leads with $13,486 from 28 rodeos. Jesse Alsup led this circuit in May with $1,721, which means the top figure here has climbed nearly eightfold in three months. Clare Burcalow is second at $9,840, and four rookies sit inside the top nine. Finals are Nov. 12-14 in Louisville, Kentucky.

First Frontier

Sierra Clement of Hudson Falls, New York, leads with $5,399 from 23 rodeos—the only circuit lead under $13,000, and $30,288 behind Maple Leaf’s. It is also the closest race anywhere: $643 separates Clement from fourth. First Frontier is the other circuit finals that waits for the new year, Jan. 14-16, 2027, in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
