How to Watch the 2023 NFBR

The Top 15 breakaway ropers have earned more than $1.5 million throughout the regular season alone. Now, watch them compete for the 2023 World Champion.

As the 2023 NFBR draws nearer—taking place Dec. 5–6, 2023—questions about the payout and how to watch the NFBR are arising.

The event is shaping up to be a battle of the titans, with the Top 15 earning more than $1.5 million throughout the regular season. Taking place at the Las Vegas South Point Arena & Equestrian Center, $250,000 will be paid out to competitors and World Champion crowned. Find the payout breakdown here.

2023 NFBR Schedule

Monday, Dec. 4

  • WPRA Luncheon and Breakaway Back Number Ceremony – noon PT
  • Breakaway calf run-through – 6 p.m. PT

Tuesday, Dec. 5

  • Rounds 1–5 in the Southpoint Arena – 2 p.m. PT

Wednesday, Dec. 6

  • Rounds 6–10 in the Southpoint Arena – 2 p.m. PT

Where to watch the NFBR

All 10 rounds will be LIVE streamed for free on Wrangler Network. The pre-show will begin at 1:45 p.m. PT with the rounds following 2 p.m. PT.
